The Centre for Innovative Dispute Resolution provides a full range of dispute resolution services, among them mediation, arbitration, facilitation, the design of systems for resolving disputes and training.

The Centre is managed by experienced lawyers who have committed themselves to providing an exemplary service and a comfortable, well-appointed facility to assist parties in reaching settlement. Helping people resolve disputes is our most important service. The Centre provides board rooms and support facilities to accommodate our clients’ requirements.

What We Do

As mediators, we act as neutrals to serve all parties in legal disputes. We work as a team and we also mediate conflicts that have not reached the litigation stage, such as personal injury, workplace issues, estate issues, and contractual matters.

As arbitrators, we offer a team with experience in adjudicating complex disputes in a wide variety of sectors.

As dispute resolution consultants, we provide customized and individual assistance to people and organizations experiencing conflict. We develop helpful strategies that will complement the efforts of any other involved service providers, such as human resource professionals, lawyers, or financial advisers.

As trainers, we provide a range of programs for mediators, lawyers, human resource managers, and other professionals whose work involves a significant amount of conflict.
